About IdleView

IdleView is an interactive, always-on idle game specifically designed for the Twitch platform. Unlike traditional games, the core gameplay loop is controlled by the collective cooperative actions and commands of the viewers in the stream chat. It’s a massive multiplayer experience where everyone contributes to the growth of the evolving virtual world.

The Core Loop

The game world progresses in real-time, even when you're not actively watching. Viewers use simple chat commands (e.g., !job, !upgrade, !sleep) to gather resources, invest in upgrades, and advance the settlement's technology. Your ability to influence the game is based on being actively present in the stream and whether you have followed the channel.

A Persistent World

The IdleView universe is persistent. Every positive decision made by the community leaves a lasting mark. Join the stream, read the rule book, and start influencing the future!

Important Note:

IdleView is currently in active development. New features, mechanics, and content are being added regularly based on community feedback.
